We act with diverse clients on projects from individual houses to large-scale residential and mixed use-schemes and understand the distinctions and drivers that separate the private housing sector from the public. We are regularly working with numerous housing developers offering a basic planning stage service (outline or full planning), with the option of working drawings to follow. A traditional ‘Full Service’ is more often sought by private clients. We have developed our own range of house types through long experience and seek their use proactively.
